Do we need to buy new computers?
No. Patient360 runs in the browser on the laptops, tablets and Android phones your staff already have. It installs to the home screen like an app, but there is nothing to buy or maintain.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The app keeps working. Records you have already opened stay available, new entries are saved on the device, and everything syncs automatically once the connection returns.
Is our patient data safe and private?
Yes. Each hospital’s data is fully isolated at the database level, access is enforced per role, and every view of a record is logged. See our security page for the detail.
