Admin portal
Hospital management
Add staff and set what each role can see, track activity across the hospital, and pull reports on patients, visits and documents.
Built for Nigerian hospitals
Patient360 turns paper files into secure digital records your staff can find in seconds — on the devices and networks your hospital already has.
No card required · We will walk you through it ourselves
The problem
In most hospitals the patient record is a paper folder on a shelf. It gets misfiled, borrowed and not returned, damaged by damp, or simply cannot be found while the patient is standing at the counter.
So the same patient is registered twice. A doctor makes a decision without the history. Nobody can say how many patients were seen last month without counting by hand.
Patient360 fixes the retrieval problem first — because everything else follows from it.
Before
Minutes walking to the records room, hoping the file is on the shelf.
After
Type a name or phone number. The record opens on screen.
One system, three ways in
Staff see the screen built for their job, not a general-purpose system they have to be trained around.
Hospital management
Add staff and set what each role can see, track activity across the hospital, and pull reports on patients, visits and documents.
Doctors and nurses
Open a patient and see their history, allergies, visits and documents in one screen — then write clinical notes that are saved against the record.
Records officers
Register patients, scan and file documents, and retrieve any file by name, number or phone in seconds instead of walking to the shelf.
What you get
Search by name, hospital number or phone number. No more hunting through cabinets while a patient waits at the counter.
The app runs offline and syncs when connection returns, so a bad NIMASA day does not stop the records desk.
Photograph existing files with a phone. Images are compressed and text is read automatically, so old records become searchable.
A records officer, a nurse and an administrator each see exactly what their job needs — and nothing beyond it.
Patient registrations over time, visit volumes, breakdowns by type and gender — viewable on screen or exported to CSV.
Who opened which record, and when. An audit trail you can actually show during an inspection.
Getting started
We create your hospital on Patient360, add your departments and document types, and set up your first administrator account.
Start with new patients from day one and digitise the back catalogue at your own pace, or bring existing data across in bulk. Your records officers scan files with a phone — no special equipment.
We train each group on their own portal. Staff sign in with the Google accounts they already use, and you control exactly who gets in.
Security & compliance
We treat it that way. Your hospital's records are isolated from every other hospital at the database level, not just in the interface — and access is enforced on the server, where it cannot be bypassed.
How we protect your dataIsolated per hospital
Your data is fenced off at the database level. One hospital can never read another’s records.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Records and uploaded documents are encrypted end to end.
Invite-only access
Nobody signs themselves up. Your administrator decides who gets in, and can revoke access immediately.
Full audit trail
Every record view, edit and document download is logged with who and when.
NDPA-aligned
Built around the Nigeria Data Protection Act — data residency, consent and retention included.
Common questions
No. Patient360 runs in the browser on the laptops, tablets and Android phones your staff already have. It installs to the home screen like an app, but there is nothing to buy or maintain.
The app keeps working. Records you have already opened stay available, new entries are saved on the device, and everything syncs automatically once the connection returns.
Yes. Each hospital’s data is fully isolated at the database level, access is enforced per role, and every view of a record is logged. See our security page for the detail.
