Patient360

How it works

From paper to live in about three weeks

You do not have to stop working while it happens, and you do not have to digitise everything before you see the benefit.

  1. 01

    Conversation and walkthrough

    Week 1

We start by understanding how your records currently move: who registers patients, where files are kept, what happens when a doctor needs a history. Then we walk you through Patient360 against that reality — not a generic demo.

    • A clear picture of what changes and what does not
    • Answers on security, cost and data ownership
  2. 02

    Your hospital is set up

    Week 1–2

We create your hospital on Patient360 and configure it to match how you work: your departments, your document types, your naming for things. Your first administrator account is created and handed over.

    • Hospital configured with your departments
    • Administrator account live
    • Your branding applied
  3. 03

    Staff accounts and access

    Week 2

Your administrator invites staff and assigns each one a role. Staff sign in with the Google account they already use — there is no new password for anyone to forget or write on a sticky note.

    • Staff invited and roles assigned
    • Access rules confirmed with management
  4. 04

    Records start moving

    Week 2 onwards

From day one, every new patient is registered digitally. The existing paper catalogue is digitised in the background at a pace that suits your staff — commonly starting with active patients and working back. If you already hold records in a spreadsheet or another system, we can bring those across in bulk.

    • New patients digital immediately
    • Back catalogue digitised progressively
    • Bulk import where data already exists
  5. 05

    Training, then go live

    Week 3

We train each group on the portal they will actually use — records officers on registration and filing, clinicians on histories and notes, management on reports. Sessions are short and hands-on, on your own data.

    • Each role trained on their own portal
    • Written quick-reference for the front desk
  6. 06

    Support that continues

    Ongoing

You have a direct line for questions and issues. We monitor the service, ship improvements, and check in as your usage grows.

    • Direct support channel
    • Ongoing improvements at no extra cost

What we need from you

Onboarding goes smoothly when a hospital brings three things. None of them require technical skill.

One decision-maker

Someone who can approve how access is structured and who gets in.

A records lead

The person who knows how files are currently organised, to guide the setup.

A few hours of staff time

Short training sessions per group, scheduled around your shifts.
